Info on Opting Out

The ACLU of Mass has done a mailing today to
public high school principals in the state
to assist them in providing the notice
required by No Child Left Behind that parents
and kids have the right to have their name,
address and phone number withheld from military
or other recruiters.  Copies of the materials
are attachedand are also available on our website
at www.aclu-mass.org/military_recruitment
