From looking at this document that 64,000 Tennessee teachers could be filling out this week, it seems much more fair than the scheme that the craven members of the TN General Assembly approved for teacher evaluation.

This form should be adapted and used by every citizen in every voting district in every state as part of the new Legislator Accountability Movement.
