Issues: Lower class size, teacher evaluation with quack science of VAM test scores, services to children with special needs, air conditioning, rights of teachers to be rehired who have been laid off due to economic reasons.

I can identify with this issue as we some if not all same problems in my school area as well. I just wish we are brave enough to stand up for our rights like you guys are doing.
