The leader of the North Carolina Taliban, Governor Dan Forest, has put a halt to a state charter school report because he finds the facts offensive. The governor has ordered that some sweet-sounding speculation be added to go with the harsh facts associated with the charter resegregation process underway in North Carolina schools:
