After incentivizing segregation with billions in spending for charter schools over the past 7 years, Obama's 2017 proposed budget gives a one-time pittance ($120 million) in comparison to encourage socioeconomic diversity in schools.

All of that comes on top of the $157 million that Arne Duncan arranged as his parting gift to the charter industry last September.
